TrickTrail: Cosmic Reflexes ("TrickTrail", "we", "our", or "us") is dedicated to providing an exhilarating, responsive, and privacy-respecting gaming experience. We believe high-stakes neon arcade gaming should never require compromising your personal data.

TrickTrail operates without user accounts. We do not require registration, passwords, email addresses, phone numbers, or social media logins. You can download and experience all 150 handcrafted levels immediately and anonymously.

2. Local Data Storage & Game Center

Your game progress—including level progression, star ratings, earned Cosmic Gems, unlocked hero skins, high scores, and settings preferences—is saved securely on your local device. If you choose to enable Apple Game Center:

• Game Center syncs achievements and leaderboard scores using Apple's official APIs.
• We do not receive or store your Apple ID, real name, or private contact details on any external servers.
• All Game Center interactions are governed by Apple's own Privacy Policy.

3. In-App Purchases (StoreKit 2)

In-app purchases (Cosmic Gems and the Lifetime Ad-Free Pass) are handled exclusively by Apple Inc. through StoreKit 2. We never collect, process, or store credit card numbers, payment methods, or billing addresses.

4. Advertisements (Google AdMob)

The free version of TrickTrail displays non-intrusive banner, interstitial, and optional rewarded video ads served through Google AdMob. These advertisements comply strictly with Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework and iOS privacy guidelines. Advertisements can be disabled permanently across all your devices by purchasing the Lifetime Ad-Free Pass.

5. Children’s Privacy

TrickTrail is rated 4+ on the Apple App Store. We do not knowingly solicit or collect personal information from children under the age of 13.
