1. Grant of License
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and execute the Application for your personal, non-commercial entertainment on iOS and iPadOS devices that you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
All title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in and to the Game (including without limitation all art assets, character models, physics code, sound effects, soundtracks, level layouts, trademarks, and logos) belong exclusively to TechwinLabs LLP. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or redistribute the Application without our express written permission.
3. Virtual Items & In-App Purchases
TrickTrail offers virtual items including Cosmic Gems and the Lifetime Ad-Free Pass. All purchases are final and managed through Apple's App Store. Virtual items have no real-world monetary value, may not be redeemed for real currency, and cannot be transferred outside the game.
4. Fair Play & Game Center
You agree not to manipulate or falsify scores, leaderboard rankings, or achievement data through unauthorized third-party software, jailbreak tweaks, or memory editors. We reserve the right to report abusive activities to Apple Game Center administrators.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION ON ALL HARDWARE CONFIGURATIONS.
